Returns Policy

Condiments 

If something is not right call us on +64 9 415 8777 and we will put it right, and if you simply don’t like it we’ll swap it for something you might prefer or give you a refund, if it’s the first time you have purchased.

Gear 

If your product isn’t quite what you expected or does not fit, send it back to us unworn and appropriately packaged within 14 days of purchase and we are happy to either refund or exchange for an alternative size where possible.

 

Delivery

We deliver nationwide by tracked courier which typically take 2-3 working days to non-rural addresses.
