Courier Delays

Firstly, thanks so much for your order with Lone Star at home. 

What a bucking bronco’ couple of weeks it has been for all. The Level 4 restrictions in our Auckland Distribution Centre, has certainly presented extra challenges with some staff having to stay at home to look after children, and with organising new staff reinforcements under the current Alert levels. Even the recent Flooding got in on the act to make things extra interesting,  We can say that the Team has been working literally around the clock, to get your orders out. 

All orders have either been dispatched or are awaiting collection. That said, there are significant delays on the Courier network, with the network having limited collection numbers in terms of orders able to be picked up by the courier. Seems the whole country is shopping online while we have been in Level 3 and 4 and confined to our homes.

We will continue to work with our delivery partner closely to get these items picked up and dispatched, we know that you are expecting your order soon, and we can only offer our apologies if you experience a delay, and ask you for patience, as the hard working Couriers around the country do the best they can, given the huge amounts of parcel volumes. 

We expect many of our Lone Star Rib Kit parcels were purchased especially for Dad or another special person in your life, we understand it’s not the same as delivery in time for Father’s Day and so we made up some cards in case your order doesn’t arrive in time. We reckon this will be a great way to let him know that you have not forgotten about him and good things are coming!
